Job summary

VIDA Roads, part of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, is seeking an Advisor, People and Capability, to provide practical HR guidance across the organisation. The role is based in Melbourne, with hybrid working arrangements and a two-year fixed-term appointment.

Reporting to the Team Leader, People Advisory Services, you will support HR initiatives and deliver high-quality services while leveraging your HR generalist experience and Excel proficiency to drive outcomes for employees

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary degree in Business, Commerce, Psychology or other HR related discipline would be well regarded.
• Demonstrated experience in a hands-on HR generalist role, with a strong understanding of best practice approaches and the ability to interpret and apply legislative and policy requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is highly desirable.

• 2 years fixed term, VPS 4 $100,894 - $114,476 + super & benefits.
• This role will be located at 180 Lonsdale St.

Reporting to the Team Leader, People Advisory Services, the Advisor, People and Capability plays a key role in providing timely, accurate, and practical HR advice and guidance to employees and managers across VIDA Roads. The role also supports the Manager and Senior Business Partner, People and Capability in delivering high-quality, contemporary HR services and initiatives.
