Job summary

Youi Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced People & Capability professional to guide leaders through complex employee relations issues and pragmatic, business-friendly solutions. The role partners with our Claims function and broader leadership to reduce risk, build capability and support high-performing teams.

You will navigate performance matters, investigations and coaching conversations, delivering objective, commercially-minded advice while maintaining a strong people-first focus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex employee relations matters
• Strength in judgement and handling sensitive situations
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Knowledge of workplace relations legislation and frameworks
• Ability to communicate risk and provide practical advice
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
• HR/IR or Law qualifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice across performance, conduct and workplace concerns
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance and misconduct
• Conduct workplace investigations and support respect-at-work matters
• Coach leaders through people matters and build capability
• Provide practical advice balancing people and business outcomes
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policy
• Promote a positive risk and compliance culture
