Youi Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced People & Capability professional to guide leaders through complex employee relations issues and pragmatic, business-friendly solutions. The role partners with our Claims function and broader leadership to reduce risk, build capability and support high-performing teams.

You will navigate performance matters, investigations and coaching conversations, delivering objective, commercially-minded advice while maintaining a strong people-first focus.

• Experience managing complex employee relations matters
• Strength in judgement and handling sensitive situations
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Knowledge of workplace relations legislation and frameworks
• Ability to communicate risk and provide practical advice
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
• HR/IR or Law qualifications are advantageous

You'll love this role if you're an experienced People & Capability professional who enjoys helping leaders navigate complex people matters and finding practical solutions that balance people and business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone confident in managing a broad range of employee relations matters and partnering with leaders to build capability, reduce risk and support high-performing teams. Supporting our Claims function, you'll become a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate challenges and drive positive people outcomes.

No two days are the same. You could be guiding a performance matter, undertaking an investigation, coaching a leader through a difficult conversation or advising on workplace concerns. Success comes from your ability to assess situations objectively, communicate clearly and provide practical, commercially minded advice.

You'll join a collaborative People & Capability team where you'll continue to develop your expertise while making a genuine impact across the business.
