Job summary

Randstad HR Partners is seeking an experienced People Advisor, Workforce Transformation in Melbourne, VIC, on a contract labour hire basis through March 2027. The role supports major organizational change, overseeing consultation, redeployment, transitions, separations, and recruitment with a focus on accuracy and compassion.

The ideal candidate will have practical HR experience in employee relations and workforce transformation, strong stakeholder management, and advanced Microsoft 365 skills,

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, employee relations, organizational change, or workforce transformation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support leaders through sensitive change.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and record-keeping skills.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and familiarity with AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Change & Consultation: Coordinate consultation processes, manage inquiries, track outcomes, and maintain accurate data and correspondence.
• Transition & Redeployment: Oversee redeployment and transition records, track progress, and liaise with payroll and HR teams.
• Separation Management: Administer separation workflows, approvals coordination, and payroll liaison.
• Employee Relations & Grievances: Support leaders and staff through sensitive matters, document grievances, escalate appropriately.
• Recruitment & Reporting: Support restructure-related recruitment and prepare workforce reports and governance updates.
