Job summary

Tandem Partners Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor to join on a six-week contract supporting a large-scale workforce transition program. This hands-on role focuses on consultation, restructure and redundancy activities.

You will manage administration, documentation and coordination with HR and business leaders, with hybrid work from home and occasional on-site at Brookvale. You will need experience with consultations, restructures and Australian employment

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations.
• Ability to manage high volumes of documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support consultation, restructure and redundancy processes
• Prepare employee communications and packs
• Coordinate consultation meetings, schedules and tracking
• Provide practical support to leaders during consultation
• Maintain accurate records and sensitive employee documentation
• Assist with project administration and change activities
