Job summary

Talent International is seeking an experienced People Advisor for a hands-on HR role supporting a major workforce transformation in Victoria, Australia. You will guide leaders and staff through complex change, manage sensitive employee matters and ensure smooth redeployment and separation processes.

This contract runs through to mid-March 2027 (VPS 4). The role requires strong organisation and stakeholder management within a complex public sector change program.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, employee relations, organisational change or workforce transformation.
• Experience coordinating consultation, redeployment, employee transition or workforce change activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to support leaders and employees through complex sensitive matters.
• Confidence managing sensitive and confidential employee matters.
• Experience in a complex organisational change environment is highly regarded.
• Exposure to enterprise agreements or Victorian Public Sector experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee consultation processes, enquiries, actions and outcomes.
• Support redeployment, employee transition and workforce change activities.
• Maintain accurate employee impact data, case records and workforce tracking.
• Prepare employee correspondence and documentation relating to workforce change.
• Coordinate separation processes, including applications, approvals and payroll liaison.
• Support restructure-related recruitment and candidate administration.
• Assist with grievances and workplace concerns arising during organisational change.
