Job summary

Tandem Partners is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a large-scale workforce transition program on an initial six-week contract. The role is heavily hands-on, focusing on consultation, restructure and redundancy activities, and will involve working with HR and business leaders to manage administration and documentation.

Hybrid working is available, with the majority of work from home and some on-site attendance in Brookvale.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor.
• Experience with consultations, restructures and redundancy programs.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations practices.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high volumes of documentation and competing priorities.
• Strong written communication and employee correspondence experience.

Responsibilities

• Support consultation, restructure and redundancy processes.
• Prepare employee communications and consultation packs.
• Coordinate consultation meetings and action tracking.
• Provide practical support to leaders during consultation.
• Manage sensitive employee documentation and records.
• Assist with project administration and organisational change activities.
