Job summary

Total Resource Solutions is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager for a federal project based in Sydney. The role is a 12-month initial contract with a daily rate of AUD 150–200 including super and a 40-hour work week.

You will lead the product team, act as the agile scrum master for Case Management, CRM, and Pega solutions, and drive delivery within budget while promoting APS values. The position requires EL2-equivalent leadership and NV1/Baseline clearance.

Qualifications

• Senior Service Delivery Manager at EL2 level equivalent.
• Contract: initial 12 months.
• Security clearance: NV1 or Baseline.
• Location: Sydney; standard 40 hours per week.
• Daily Rate: AUD 150–200 including super.

Responsibilities

• Lead a product team and act as the agile scrum master for Case Management, CRM, and Pega solutions.
• Continually improve the agile approach.
• Plan system delivery, showcases and rollout in line with agile methodology.
• Coordinate delivery team resources with Line Managers to meet delivery goals.
• Ensure project work stays within budget through regular monitoring and reporting.
• Establish and transition to a BAU team for ongoing support and operations, including issue escalations.
• Promote a culture aligned with APS values and code of conduct.
• Encourage knowledge sharing to avoid single-points of failure.

Primary Skills

• Lead a product team, technical delivery management and be the agile scrum master for the Case Management, Customer Relationship Management (Case and CRM), Customer Services Pega solutions.
• Continually working towards improving the agile approach
• Organising planning on system delivery, showcase and rollout in accordance with agile methodology.
• Organising delivery team resources with relevant Line Managers to meet delivery goals.
• Ensuring project work is delivered within the budget through regular monitoring and reporting.
• Establish and transition to a BAU team for the on-going support of the solution operations e.g. managing technology issue escalations.
• Promoting an engaging, knowledge-sharing, transparent culture that is aligned with APS values and APS code of conduct.
• Encouraging team members to share and document information to remove agency risks of having single-points of failure.
