Job summary

Paxus Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Pega Project Delivery Manager to support the delivery of complex ICT projects for a large Federal Government department in Canberra.

You will lead end-to-end Pega projects and system integrations, coordinating activities and reporting to senior stakeholders. The role requires strong risk management, governance documentation, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Pega projects or programs.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an ICT Project Delivery Manager.
• Experience managing complex system integration projects.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience preparing project documentation and reporting for senior stakeholders.

About the opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pega Project Delivery Manager to support the delivery of complex ICT projects for a large Federal Government department.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will manage projects involving enterprise Pega and Cloud Pega platforms, supporting the delivery and integration of business applications and process automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex Pega projects and system integrations.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and escalations.
• Engage with business stakeholders, technical teams and senior management.
• Prepare project plans, executive briefings, progress reports and governance documentation.
• Monitor project financials, budgets and forecasts.
• Support delivery planning, transition activities and continuous improvement.

Skills and experience

To be successful, you will bring:

• Proven experience delivering Pega projects or programs.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an ICT Project Delivery Manager.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex system integration projects.
• Strong risk, issue and dependency management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience preparing project documentation and reporting for senior stakeholders.

Experience with other case management platforms, Agile delivery methodologies and Federal Government ICT governance frameworks will be highly regarded.
