Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects or programs involving Pega platforms.
• At least three years' experience as an ICT Project Manager or ICT Project Delivery Manager.
• Strong experience managing complex system integration projects and risks.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong project planning, governance, financial tracking, reporting and documentation.
• Ability to identify and resolve risks, issues and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.

• Experience with Agile delivery and government ICT governance frameworks.

• Deliver complex ICT projects across Pega platforms, system integrations and enterprise applications
• Initial contract through to June 2027 + 2 x 12-month extension options
• Canberra-based position
• Must hold Baseline security clearance or higher

Join an established technology delivery team responsible for delivering enterprise business applications and digital solutions across complex Pega environments.

This is an ICT Project Manager role with a strong focus on Pega platform delivery, system integrations and stakeholder coordination. You'll work closely with business and technical teams to manage project delivery, address risks and dependencies, and support the implementation of enterprise applications across both on-premises and cloud-based Pega platforms.

The Role

Working within a multidisciplinary project environment, you'll manage the delivery of complex ICT initiatives, ensuring projects remain aligned with business requirements, delivery milestones and established governance frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end ICT project delivery across Pega platforms, enterprise applications and system integrations
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and supporting delivery documentation
• Coordinating business and technical stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve delivery issues and maintain project progress
• Preparing project briefs, executive updates, financial reports, governance documentation and delivery status reporting
• Supporting strategic planning, delivery roadmaps and continuous improvement across project teams

About You

We're particularly interested in:

• Demonstrated experience successfully delivering ICT projects or programs involving Pega platforms
• At least three years' experience as an ICT Project Manager or ICT Project Delivery Manager
• Strong experience managing complex system integration projects and associated delivery risks
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams, business stakeholders and external delivery partners
• Strong project planning, governance, financial tracking, reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience working with senior management
• Experience delivering other case management systems, working within Agile delivery environments or applying government ICT governance frameworks would be highly regarded
