Showtime Consulting is seeking a Pega CDH Consultant to support the design and delivery of customer engagement and outbound campaign solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work closely with business users, marketing teams and technical stakeholders to translate objectives into decisioning and campaign designs, delivering personalised experiences across web, email, SMS, mobile and contact centre channels.

Formación

• Hands-on Pega CDH experience across campaign configuration, audience segmentation and cross-channel journeys.
• Ability to translate business requirements into decisioning and campaign designs.
• Experience gathering marketing requirements and partnering with business users and marketing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and manage outbound campaigns using Pega CDH.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and customer targeting rules.
• Design customer journeys and cross-channel marketing programmes.
• Support campaign execution across web, email, SMS, mobile and contact centre channels.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Gather and analyse marketing and customer engagement requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business users and marketing teams.
• Translate business requirements into decisioning frameworks and campaign designs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define engagement and personalisation approaches.
• Recommend best practices across campaign management and personalisation.
