Small Sprouts Therapy in Cairns, QLD, is seeking a Speech Pathologist for part-time (0.2 FTE+) or full-time roles commencing January 2027. The clinic offers five weeks annual leave, a nine-day fortnight, flexible hours and strong professional development support. The team emphasises collaboration and ongoing supervision to support growth.

We welcome early career graduates and experienced clinicians to join our paediatric-focused practice with a varied caseload and vibrant clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
• Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and therapy to children aged 0–12 years.
• Work across developmental disabilities, AAC, literacy and language supports.
• Deliver individual and group therapy with family capacity-building support.
• Collaborate within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
