Job summary

Move and Play Paediatric Therapy in Mackay, Queensland is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our collaborative team. You’ll work with children from birth through adolescence across clinic, home, school and community settings, with mentoring and strong teamwork to support your development.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in Speech Pathology.
• Registration with Speech Pathology Australia is required.
• Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required.
• Driver's license may be required.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• A genuine interest in working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children with speech and language needs.
• Assistive technology and AAC (training provided).
• Literacy and school readiness support.
• Feeding and mealtime support.
• Parent coaching and education.
• Running group or community-based programs.
• Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals.
