Chatter-boxes Therapy Centre is a multidisciplinary paediatric clinic on the Sunshine Coast seeking a Speech Pathologist who loves working with children and families. You'll have opportunities to deepen clinical expertise, develop a specialty, move into supervision or leadership, or education roles, building a career that grows with you.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised qualification in Speech Pathology and eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership.
• Strong paediatric clinical skills and a genuine desire to keep developing them.
• Enjoy working with neurodivergent children and children with complex communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose children with communication needs.
• Provide intervention and evidence-informed therapy.
• Develop individualised therapy approaches.
• Work across clinic, school and community environments.
• Collaborate with families, educators and other professionals.
• Work alongside Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Play Therapists and Allied Health Assistants.
• Engage in case collaboration and shared problem-solving across disciplines.
• Support children with complex presentations.
