Job summary

Developmental Paediatrics Pty is seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our Bondi Junction admin team. The role supports patients, families and clinicians in a fast-paced paediatric practice.

You will handle phone and face-to-face service, schedule appointments, manage diaries, keep reception and consult rooms tidy, and contribute to a collaborative team of 8-10 receptionists. FT or PT, minimum 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years medical reception experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• IT proficient with MS Office and practice software.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivering telephone and face-to-face service.
• Scheduling patient appointments and managing clinician diaries/wait times.
• Maintaining tidy and well-presented reception areas and consult rooms.
• Delivering a high standard of care to patients, families and clinicians.
• Promoting a 'can-do' culture.
