Job summary

The Pittwater House Schools – Collaroy NSW is seeking a full-time PDHPE teacher for a temporary 12-month role commencing January 2027. The successful candidate will deliver NESA Stage 4–6 PDHPE and contribute to the school’s pastoral and co-curricular programs.

The role requires an innovative educator with strong lesson planning, student engagement, and a thorough knowledge of the NSW NESA curriculum. Eligible applicants will participate in pastoral care and camp activities as required.

Pittwater House is an innovative independent P–12 school on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Our unique Twin Schooling model combines single-gender classes from Grade 2-10 with a co-educational senior school in Years 11–12. Pittwater House is seeking a full-time PDHPE teacher for a temporary 12-month position commencing in January 2027. Experience teaching NESA Stage 4–6 courses in NSW is preferred. The successful candidate will be an innovative educator who demonstrates strong lesson planning, effective student engagement and a thorough knowledge of the NESA curriculum.

All staff contribute to the School’s pastoral care and co-curricular programs (note: no Saturday sport). The successful applicant will be expected to participate in pastoral care, camps, and co-curricular activities as required.
