Job summary

MineARC Systems is seeking an Electronics Technician to join our Perth-based production team in Kewdale. The role covers assembly, testing, fault finding, repair, and commissioning of our electronics and communication systems used in mining and remote environments.

You will work with production and engineering to deliver reliable, high‑quality products while adhering to MineARC safety and quality standards, with strong emphasis on hands-on problem solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience with PCB assembly, soldering, and rework.
  • Exposure to embedded systems, communications equipment, telemetry, or industrial electronics.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Surface Mount Technology experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience assembling, testing, and repairing electronic equipment.
  • Knowledge of QAQC standards or experience in an ISO 9001 certified manufacturing business.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.

  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies and complete products.
  • Perform diagnostics, fault finding, and repair of PCBs, wiring harnesses, sensors, communication devices, and control systems.
  • Support product testing, verification, and validation activities.
  • Assist engineers with prototype builds and development testing.
  • Work closely with Production to improve product quality, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with MineARC quality and safety standards.

About You
