Job summary

ORS in Port Macquarie is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver PBS assessments, plans and interventions for NDIS participants. You will work with families and support teams to build skills and promote independence across diverse ages and presentations.

The role offers flexible work options, including WFH support, calendar management, and opportunities for ongoing training (Autism & ADHD assessments). Part-time and reduced hours are available to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• NDIS Behaviour Practitioner (or eligible).
• Relevant degree (Psych, Counselling, Social Work, Allied Health etc.).
• Experience with disability (desirable).
• Driver’s licence + access to a car
• Willing to obtain required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PBS assessments, plans & interventions.
• Support clients to build skills & independence.
• Reduce restrictive practices through evidence-based strategies.
• Collaborate with families, support teams & allied health.
• Work across diverse ages, diagnoses & presentations.

Education
