Martian Logic Pty is seeking a Payroll Specialist - HRIS Pre-sales to join our team as a full-time role in Australia. You will leverage payroll expertise to drive pre-sales engagement with mid-market organisations and position our payroll capabilities to prospects.

You will translate complex HRIS requirements into compelling business cases for HR and finance decision-makers, collaborating with sales to differentiate our offerings in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Extensive payroll knowledge across Australian awards and STP.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll software.
• Ability to communicate complex payroll concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in pre-sales, sales support, or client-facing roles.
• Solid understanding of Australian payroll compliance and screening requirements.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll and compliance expertise to prospects evaluating our HRIS.
• Explain how Australian compliance features address client needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to position payroll as a competitive advantage.
• Contribute payroll insights to proposals and demonstrations.
