Job summary

Martian Logic Pty is seeking a Presales Consultant to leverage your payroll expertise in a client-facing SaaS pre-sales role. This permanent, full-time position engages mid-market prospects, explains how Martian Logic’s payroll and compliance strengths solve challenges, and supports the sales team in winning new business.

You’ll translate complex payroll and Australian compliance requirements into clear business cases, with focus on awards, STP, and screening, collaborating with sales to advance

Qualifications

• Solid payroll experience, ideally gained at a payroll provider, bureau, or software company.
• Confidence explaining payroll and compliance concepts to HR and Finance decision-makers.
• Enjoyment of client-facing, consultative conversations.
• Interest in moving into SaaS / technology pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Bring your payroll knowledge into pre-sales conversations and product demonstrations
• Translate complex payroll and compliance requirements into clear, compelling business cases
• Position Martian Logic’s Australian compliance capabilities (awards, STP, screening) as a key differentiator
• Partner closely with the sales team to progress opportunities
• Contribute specialist insights to proposals and client presentations
