Martian Logic is an Australian HRIS platform seeking an HRIS Pre-sales Consultant - Payroll Specialist to drive payroll-focused pre-sales with mid-market organisations. You will translate complex HRIS requirements into compelling business cases for HR and finance decision-makers.

This permanent full-time role involves collaborating with the sales team and leveraging payroll and compliance expertise to highlight Single Touch Payroll, awards, and screening integrations in client engagements.

Qualificações

• Strong payroll knowledge and experience, ideally with HRIS systems or payroll software.
• Ability to communicate payroll and compliance concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in pre-sales, sales support, or customer-facing payroll roles.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position where you will leverage your payroll expertise to drive pre-sales engagement with mid-market organisations. You will position Martian Logic's payroll capabilities and compliance features to prospects, translating complex HRIS requirements into compelling business cases that resonate with HR and finance decision-makers.

• Support pre-sales activities by providing payroll and compliance expertise to prospects evaluating our HRIS platform
• Articulate how our Australian compliance capabilities address client needs in awards, Single Touch Payroll, and screening integration

What We Are Looking For

• Strong payroll knowledge and experience, ideally with HRIS systems or payroll software

• Demonstrated understanding of Australian payroll compliance, awards, and Single Touch Payroll
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

What We Offer

• Base salary $130,000 to $160,000 plus superannuation
• On-target earnings (OTE) of $190,000 to $230,000 including commission
• 10 days paid personal/carer's leave per year
• Paid parental leave of 2 weeks from the birth of a child
