Job summary

Martian Logic Pty is seeking a Presales Consultant to leverage payroll expertise in a client-facing pre-sales role within a leading HRIS SaaS platform. You will engage mid-market prospects, articulate how payroll and compliance strengths solve client challenges, and support the sales team to win new business.

The role focuses on people and relationships, with a clear path into SaaS pre-sales and a high earning potential through base salary plus commission and superannuation.

Qualifications

• Significant payroll experience, ideally with a payroll provider, bureau, or payroll software company.
• Ability to explain payroll and compliance concepts to HR and Finance leaders.
• Comfortable working in a consultative, client-facing role in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales conversations and product demonstrations for payroll solutions.
• Translate payroll and compliance requirements into compelling business cases.
• Collaborate with sales to progress opportunities and close deals.
• Position Australian compliance features (awards, STP, screening) as differentiators.
