Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume payroll processing and complex employment structures.
• Proficient Excel skills (advanced) for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong numerical ability, accuracy and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day payroll processing, onboarding, and data maintenance in SuccessFactors.
• Respond to queries from employees and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate employee data and prepare documentation such as contracts.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and Finance to ensure policy and statutory compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements, governance, automation and UAT activities.
