Job summary

Lakeview Private Hospital in Bella Vista, Sydney, seeks a highly motivated Payroll Officer to join our Finance team on a permanent part-time basis, working 2 days per week (Mondays and Tuesdays to align with payroll run). There may be occasional overtime.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage end-to-end payroll for 350 staff, maintain time and attendance systems, handle payroll inquiries, and support reporting. Experience with TimeTarget and Sage Micropay is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Knowledge of industrial awards for nursing and health support staff desirable.
• Experience with TimeTarget and Sage Micropay; hospital/health industry experience is valued.

Job description

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Officer to join our Finance team on a permanent part time basis, working 2 days per week. The days in the office will need to be Monday and Tuesday to align with our payroll run. There may be the occasional requirement to do extra hours on demand. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the payroll function for our multidisciplinary private hospital.

About you
