Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our Finance team in Adelaide. You will process high-volume weekly and fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for healthcare workers and corporate staff.

Reporting to the Assistant Payroll Manager, you will review timesheets, manage employee changes, advise on Modern Awards, entitlements and tax, and help improve payroll processes in a supportive, compliant environment. Healthcare experience is valued.

Qualifikationen

• 1–5 years’ experience in payroll or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and Modern Awards.
• Proficient in Excel and data accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Process high-volume weekly and fortnightly payroll accurately and on time.
• Review timesheets, employee changes and remuneration adjustments.
• Respond to payroll enquiries and advise on entitlements, superannuation, tax and leave.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Payroll Manager to streamline processes.
