Job summary

St Jude’s Health Care Group in Perth, WA, is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll for 2000+ staff from our central West Perth office. You will educate stakeholders and ensure compliant payroll processes.

You'll interpret healthcare awards (SCHADS, Aged Care, Nurses), handle superannuation and reporting, and work with the Senior Payroll Officer to drive process improvements while maintaining high record-keeping standards.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll management for 2000+ employees.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience interpreting SCHADS, Aged Care and Nurses Awards.
• Experience implementing new payroll systems.
• Proficiency with MYOB and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to train stakeholders on payroll processes.

Responsibilities
