Teachers Health is hiring a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll for Brisbane staff and to administer payroll systems and benefits with accuracy and discretion.
You will provide payroll advice to managers and internal stakeholders, perform reconciliations, statutory reporting and system improvements while handling sensitive information in a professional manner.
The Payroll Officer is responsible for the end-to-end administration of payroll and related systems supporting our Brisbane employees. You will help ensure payroll, employee entitlements and records are processed accurately, on time and in line with Enterprise Agreements, employment contracts, organisational policies and relevant legislation.
This is a varied role combining fortnightly payroll processing, payroll and HR systems administration, reconciliations, statutory reporting, stakeholder support and continuous improvement. You will also be a key source of payroll advice for employees, managers and internal stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
