Teachers Health Group is seeking a Payroll Officer for a two-year, part-time role in Brisbane with hybrid flexibility. You will own end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing, manage payroll systems and entitlements, and provide trusted payroll advice to managers and staff.
The role requires 3–5 years’ experience, hands-on use of Access Micropay and ConnX HRIS, and strong knowledge of payroll legislation. Hybrid work, on-site parking and health benefits are among the advantages offered.
The Payroll Officer is responsible for the end-to-end administration of payroll and related systems supporting our Brisbane employees. You will help ensure payroll, employee entitlements and records are processed accurately, on time and in line with Enterprise Agreements, employment contracts, organisational policies and relevant legislation.
This is a varied role combining fortnightly payroll processing, payroll and HR systems administration, reconciliations, statutory reporting, stakeholder support and continuous improvement. You will also be a key source of payroll advice for employees, managers and internal stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
