Randstad in Sydney CBD is seeking Payroll Officers to join via an expression of interest. You will manage the full-cycle payroll for multiple sites using ADP, from onboarding to offboarding, and handle termination payments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven experience in a payroll processing role.
• Confidence in processing payroll for multiple sites.
• System experience is essential: ADP
• Understanding of current Australian payroll legislation and compliance standards.
• High-level attention to detail and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-function payroll cycle across multiple locations and entities.
• Handle the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and termination payments.
• Accurately calculate salary increases, back pays, and various leave accruals.
• Act as a primary contact for internal payroll queries via HRIS, email, and phone.
• Ensure adherence to Australian payroll legislation and assist with reconciliations, payments and reporting metrics.
