Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced ANZ Payroll Manager in Sydney to take full ownership of payroll for 1000+ employees, processed via ADP. You will oversee fortnightly, monthly, and out-of-cycle payrolls with a hands-on, autonomous approach and manage monthly bonus runs.

Beyond payroll, you will administer the HRIS system and participate in a live HRIS-to-payroll integration project, driving stability and continuous improvement across payroll processes during a period of transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience end-to-end payroll across Australia and New Zealand.
• Experience with ADP payroll systems and HRIS integration.
• Ability to work autonomously in a sole charge capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand, including bonus runs.
• Administer ADP payroll system and contribute to HRIS integration project.
• Ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation.
