Job summary

AccountAbility is sourcing an ADP GlobalView specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand. The role supports upgrades, projects and continuous improvement within a collaborative payroll team.

You will work closely with the Payroll Manager and contribute to processing accuracy, compliance with Awards and EBAs, and system enhancements in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll experience with ADP GlobalView is essential.
• Strong understanding of awards, EBAs, payroll legislation, tax and superannuation requirements.
• Ability to drive process improvements and support system upgrades.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payrolls across Australia and New Zealand.
• End-to-end payroll processing compliant with Awards, EBAs and legislation.
• Act as a Super User for ADP GlobalView, assisting with queries, testing and enhancements.
• Support payroll and HR teams with payroll systems and process-related queries.
• Manage employee payroll enquiries including expat and inpat payrolls.
• Prepare month-end reports including PAYG, Superannuation, Workers Compensation and labour costing.
• Maintain employee payroll records and leave entitlements.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR and Finance stakeholders.
• Assist with process improvements, training and system upgrades.
• Support audit requirements and payroll compliance activities.

THE PERSON

• Proven end-to-end payroll experience using ADP GlobalView is essential
• Strong understanding of Awards, EBAs, payroll legislation, tax and superannuation requirements
• Strong systems capability with the ability to drive process improvements and support upgrades
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
