Job summary

Randstad is seeking expressions of interest for a Payroll Officer role in Sydney, NSW. The position covers full payroll cycle across multiple locations, onboarding to offboarding, and handling ETPs, with emphasis on ADP processing and Australian payroll rules.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year’s payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and solid communication to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time role based in Sydney.

• 1+ years of proven experience in a payroll processing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-function payroll cycle across multiple locations and entities.
• Handle the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding to Employment Termination Payments (ETPs).
• Accurately calculate salary increases, back pays, and various leave accruals.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal payroll queries via the HRIS system, email, and phone.
• Ensure strict adherence to Australian payroll legislation while assisting with standard reconciliations, payments, and reporting metrics.
