Job summary

people2people is seeking an on-site Payroll Specialist to handle end-to-end payroll for about 100 permanent staff across Australia & NZ. The role focuses on interpreting Awards and EBAs, calculating overtime and penalties, and delivering payroll reporting and reconciliations.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with ANZ payroll legislation and maintain payroll records while addressing employee queries and supporting audits.

Job description

This is an end-to-end payroll position responsible for processing 100 permanent employees on a monthly payroll cycle. This role has a strong focus on awards and EBA interpretation, overtime calculations, penalty rates, payroll reporting and reconciliations, and compliance across Australia and New Zealand payroll operations.

Please note, this role is required to be performed on-site.
