Overview

Responsibilities
  • Deliver day-to-day timely end-to-end payroll services across several pay periods and cycles in line with enterprise agreements, policies, statutory requirements, and service level agreements;
  • Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain and update payroll information;
  • Assist employees with payroll queries, month-end reporting and develop financial and operational reporting as required;
  • Action and resolve errors relating to reconciliation and reporting of employee wage and salary payments to the ATO/IRD and internal Finance team;
  • Liaise with auditors and ensure delivery of internal and external audit requirements;
  • Pay data reconciliations to ensure compliance;
  • Assist with Payroll testing and other Payroll duties as required;
  • Must be able to start at 7:30am bi-weekly to accommodate New Zealand timing.
What we are looking for
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role within a fast paced and busy payroll environment;
  • Strong knowledge and confidence with E2E payroll and AU and New Zealand employment legislation;
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ECP preferred but not essential.
