Job summary

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll Officer for a 6-9 month contract with an immediate start. You will join a supportive payroll team, handling end-to-end processing and employee queries, with Employment Hero experience considered essential.

You will manage weekly and fortnightly payroll, interpretation of awards, and adjustments while maintaining accurate records.

Robert Half is currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in Kwinana to recruit an experienced Payroll Officer for a 6-9 month contract opportunity, with an immediate start required.

This role will see you joining a supportive payroll team during a busy project period, with a strong focus on accurate payroll processing and employee support. The client is looking for someone who can step in confidently and hit the ground running, with prior Employment Hero experience considered essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end payroll processing across weekly and fortnightly pay cycles
• Managing payroll queries from employees and stakeholders

• Working knowledge of Employment Hero payroll systems

• Available to commence at short notice or immediately preferred
