Multicap is seeking a Payroll Officer in Brisbane CBD to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery for a large, diverse workforce. You will support changes from onboarding to termination while maintaining precise records and responding to staff and stakeholder needs.

Working alongside experienced Senior Payroll Officers, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services while supporting a large and diverse workforce. What You'll Be Doing

• Support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll
• Manage employee payroll changes from onboarding through to termination
• Maintain payroll systems, records and documentation with precision
• Provide responsive, high-quality service to employees and stakeholders
• Drive payroll compliance, process improvements and operational efficiency
• Identify and challenge existing payroll processes to drive greater efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement.
