Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Payroll Supervisor in Perth, WA, to lead the day-to-day payroll delivery for a diverse workforce in mining and construction. Hybrid working arrangement, with on-site oversight and remote collaboration as needed.

The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, staff movements, and ensuring compliance with awards and enterprise agreements. You will supervise the payroll team, resolve complex queries, and contribute to month-end reporting while striving to improve payroll

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing and supervising staff.
• Knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements and payroll compliance.
• Experience with a trade or FIFO workforce and timesheet administration.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the payroll team and workloads.
• Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing and accuracy.
• Assisting with new starters, staff movements and terminations.
• Ensuring payroll practices align with policies, awards and legislative requirements.
• Working with stakeholders to resolve payroll and timesheet issues.
• Assisting with month-end payroll reporting and process improvements.
