Job summary

Bellevue Gold Limited is seeking a payroll-focused professional to lead end-to-end payroll processing and provide Accounts Payable support from our West Perth office. You will work closely with HR, Finance and an external payroll provider to ensure accurate, compliant payroll outcomes and timely reporting.

The role encompasses payroll tax, ESS, FBT compliance, and process improvement, with responsibilities spanning reconciliations, journals and governance documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated practical experience in payroll and Accounts Payable functions.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, reconciliations and GL integration.
• Proven analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processes with external payroll provider.
• Prepare monthly payroll journals and tax returns.
• Support Accounts Payable processing and vendor reconciliations.
• Assist with ESS data, FBT compliance and audits.
• Identify and implement payroll/process improvements.
