Job summary

South Gippsland Hospital is seeking a Payroll Administration Officer to manage the day-to-day end-to-end payroll processing for staff in accordance with Enterprise Agreements, Awards and legislation.

You will work within SGH’s rural health service, supporting accurate and timely payments, confidentiality, and compliance while liaising with employees and managers across the Foster community.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Health service or complex employment environment understanding preferred.
• Confidential handling of payroll information, accuracy focus.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing of SGH’s staff.
• Ensure payments and deductions are accurate and timely.
• Provide payroll advice and assistance to staff and managers.
