Job summary

South Gippsland Hospital is seeking a Payroll Administration Officer to manage the day-to-day end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments in line with Enterprise Agreements and legislation. The role requires experience in a health service or similar complex environment and familiarity with SAP Payroll, Kronos and SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated payroll experience with end-to-end processing.
• Experience in health service or similar complex environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with awards, enterprise agreements and employment conditions.
• Experience using payroll, rostering and HRIS, preferably SAP/Kronos/SuccessFactors.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Commitment to confidentiality and privacy of payroll information.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Agreements and legislation.
• Provide payroll advice to employees and managers.
