Qualifications

• Knowledge of payments domain and responsible for technology support in banking/financial services.
• Experience with regulatory, industry, or scheme-driven technology initiatives.
• Proven track record managing production incidents and operational resilience.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, operations, and executives.
• Familiarity with payments schemes, clearing arrangements, and service continuity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and business continuity for AU & NZ Services Cluster Technology team.
• Provide critical technology support for local Services business ensuring high-availability operations across payments, liquidity, trade, investor/issuer services.
• Embed within AU & NZ product and operations teams to provide direct technical support for core business functions.
• Manage scheme changes and ensure proper risk assessment and formal approvals.
• Govern relationships with clearing partner banks to ensure connectivity and SLA compliance.
• Oversee third-party vendors and outsourcing relationships in line with policies and SLAs.
