Job summary

Adelaide University is seeking a Remediation Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of pay remediation across the university. You will lead a specialist team, establish robust methodologies, quality controls and governance to ensure employees receive correct entitlements.

The role requires strong payroll, HR, compliance or remediation experience, with excellent stakeholder engagement and data analysis skills. This is a full-time fixed-term contract based at City West campus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams or workflows delivering payroll remediation or payroll operations in complex environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement and remediation delivery.
• Strong data literacy with ability to analyse payroll data and identify non-compliance.
