Lumus Imaging in St Kilda, Melbourne, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, referrers and healthcare professionals. You will help ensure a seamless patient journey and support day-to-day operations with accuracy and care.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage reports, respond to enquiries, coordinate amendments and feedback, and provide administrative support across operations and clinic teams while upholding strict patient

Responsibilities

• Managing and distributing patient reports accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with referrals and responding to patient and referrer enquiries
• Coordinating report amendments, validations and reviews when required
• Recording and managing compliments, complaints and feedback
• Providing administrative support across operations and marketing functions
• Occasionally supporting our clinic reception teams
