You will handle patient reports, referrals, queries and feedback with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality, working both independently and with the team in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute patient reports accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with referrals and respond to patient and referrer enquiries.
• Coordinate report amendments, validations and reviews as required.
• Record and manage compliments, complaints and feedback.
• Provide administrative support across operations and marketing functions.
• Occasionally support clinic reception teams.
