The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing enquiries, and supporting pharmacovigilance processes in a patient-centered environment located onsite in Frenchs Forest, NSW.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient support via phone, email, and written communication.
• Coordinate patient enrolments and ensure program approvals are correctly managed.
• Liaise with healthcare providers to facilitate medication orders and deliveries.
• Escalate Adverse Events and reportable information per pharmacovigilance guidelines.
• Process payments and respond to patient enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate dispatch of specialty medications to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and program documentation.
• Support day-to-day administration of patient support programs.
