Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1-3 years in call center or healthcare customer service.
• Pharmacy technician license/experience is required.
• Knowledge of medical device reimbursement preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance benefits to determine eligibility and cost share amounts.
• Handle order placement and coordination of shipment to customers.
• Explain product operation and usage to customers clearly.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper documentation of interactions.
• Collaborate with Case Management, OmniPod Sales and Billing.
• Assist with pharmacy orders and PBM communications as needed.
