St George Hospital in Sydney is seeking a Patient Experience Officer for the Emergency Department. This temporary full-time role focuses on enhancing communication between patients, families and clinical staff and improving the overall patient journey in our ED and related COVID clinics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated extensive experience in customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with staff at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation abilities.
• Adaptable and resilient in challenging environments.
• Experience using clinical or emergency department systems (e.g., FirstNet).
