• Experience in private medical practice
• Qualifications in business and/or medical administration
• Confident and competent patient / consumer communication skills
• Competence with word processing, spreadsheets, faxes, emails, printers and computers
• Demonstrated capacity to work in a small and busy team
• Experience with using Best Practice Software desirable
