Ryde Hospital
The Patient Services Administration Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of administrative staff within Ryde Hospital, ensuring the delivery of high quality and efficient administrative services.
There is also responsibility for reviewing the current administrative support structures and reporting across Ryde Hospital identifying opportunities for greater coordination of workload across services, identifying revenue collection opportunities and career pathways across Administrative roles. The role includes rostering and backfill coverage of administrative staff; responding to payroll and staff enquires; facilitating professional development and monitoring performance, providing feedback and seeking opportunities for further training and career development.
Ensuring the administrative staff functions have high standards of data integrity, records management, Activity Based Funding strategies, revenue processes, data strategies and quality improvement activities. The role will proactively promote a positive workplace culture by fostering staff empowerment, engagement and encouraging an environment of excellent customer service, assisting in the delivery of exceptional patient, staff and visitor experience.
