Volare Recruitment is seeking a Parts Specialist for a busy Eagle Farm site, combining warehouse duties with data entry and admin tasks. The role offers a 50/50 split between warehouse and DE/Admin work, with a supportive team and clear pathways for internal promotion.

You will handle receiving parts, stock records and order tracking, while developing data-entry accuracy and Excel skills in a fast-paced automotive environment. Monday–Friday, Brisbane location.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehouse, parts, stock control or a similar hands-on environment.
• General data entry skills with strong attention to detail
• Confidence using computers, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the flexibility to help wherever needed
• A current driver's licence & Forklift licence

We are working with a well-established and highly regarded business in the automotive industry who are looking for a motivated and organised person experienced in parts and warehouse to join their team at Eagle Farm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, as the role combines warehouse duties, stock coordination, and data entry. It's a busy, fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be someone who can juggle competing priorities, stay on top of the details and enjoy getting things done.

Within this role you will be working closely with the Production Manager and wider team, you'll play an important part in ensuring parts and materials are received, recorded, organised and available when needed. This role is a real 50/50 split between warehouse and DE/Admin.
